But the amount of apples stated is WAAAAAAY to much, 10 apples cored and sliced..
but in the end i think i used less than 5 apples?
Wtf, so i had like one whole tub of sliced apples extra
- so i snacked on them the while catching up with my US Dramas the rest of the day.

The consistency of the dough is so bouncy!
Took half of it and lay it on the bottom up to the side of a 9" x 9" pan.

Couldn't find normal cornflakes so i bought Frosties!

Spread 1.5 cup on the pie crust, take the sliced apple and arrange it
... this way:

Not really a looker but it's yummy!
Next time i'll use more of the sugar&cinnamon to make it sweeter, yums.

...mmm yummy, my family finished the pie within a day.
When should i bake it again? thinking of baking a pineapple upside down cake soon thou.
